Why I Started Rada Strategy

Hi. I’m Kseniya.

If you’re ever felt like wealth building was some secret language no one taught you - welcome.

You’re not behind, and it’s not too late. You just need the right tools, the right mindset, and someone to help you connect the dots.

Because for me, that’s what money is all about:
Money = Freedom.

Freedom to take a break.
Freedom to start something new.
Freedom to never work for a toxic boss again.

Freedom to walk away, change your mind, take a sabbatical, buy a house, move to Europe, or fund your friend’s business idea, because you can.

A New Adventure

I’m thrilled to officially launch my financial coaching business, Rada Strategy.

My mission is simple: help people think differently about money.

I work with individuals and entrepreneurs who are looking to take control of their finances, shift how they think about money, and start making intentional moves toward long-term wealth.

Whether you are managing personal finances, navigating inconsistent income as a solopreneur, or trying to figure out how crypto can fit into your strategy, I’m here to help you build a plan that actually works for you. I don’t believe in one size fits all advice. What works for someone else might not work for you. That’s exactly why I tailor everything to fit your real life.

My work is grounded in strategy, honest conversations, and practical tools to help you grow your wealth with confidence.

Why Rada?

As I was thinking about what to call my business, the name Rada popped into my head. Rada is the name of a Roma woman from one of my favorite childhood films - All Gypsies go to Heaven. As a kid, I loved the movie. But when I rewatched it as an adult, something clicked.

Rada is a fiercely independent woman who values freedom and autonomy above all else - even love.

I have never loved anyone. But I love you. And I also love freedom, Luiku. I love it more than you.

Melodramatic? Sure. But also: same, girl.

That line captured something I’ve felt my whole life - this deep, obsessive desire for freedom and autonomy. Everyone has a different motivation for obtaining more money. For some it may be security. For others it may be legacy or status. No motivation is correct or incorrect. It’s all driven by the unique experience you’ve had in your life.

For me? It’s always been freedom.

And that’s what I want to help my clients unlock too.

Why Me?

I didn’t grow up with wealth.

I’m an immigrant. My family moved to the US from Russia when I was five. Like many immigrant families, we started with very little.

Financial literacy was not part of my education. I had to figure it out the hard way – through credit card debt in my 20s, trial-and-error investing, and a whole lot of Googling and spreadsheeting. I read the books. I made the budgets. I tracked every penny. I slowly started to understand how to make money work for me.

Then I started building.

I began my career in traditional finance, moved into tech, and eventually co-founded a tech consultancy. I ran the financial operations there for six years: managing budgets, planning revenue, hiring staff, and helping the company grow until it was acquired. After that, I became VP of Engineering at a blockchain company, overseeing teams across Bitcoin mining and staking products.

That chapter gave me the financial freedom to:

  • step away
  • take a sabbatical
  • launch a business that felt fully aligned
  • buy a home
  • travel abroad
  • build a life that feels like mind

Now, I help others do the same.

Why Crypto?

When I discovered Bitcoin back in 2017, it cracked my brain open.

It was more than just a new asset class or a new technology, it was a worldview shift.

Suddenly I was deep in monetary history, macroeconomics, geopolitics, questioning everything

I thought I knew about money.

Bitcoin gave me the confidence to invest more seriously, not just in crypto, but in traditional markets, startups, real estate. It changed how I saw the world, and my role in it. And I know it can do the same for others.

The problem? Most people don’t know where to begin.

It feels overwhelming, scammy, or just… not for “people like us.”

That’s where I come in.
